RIP Nora

With the heaviest of hearts I had to say goodbye to Nora on April 4th.  She got colic and we couldn’t afford the very expensive surgery and the vet didn’t think she’d make it anyways.

I had imagined spending days walking around the fields with her, my pony buddy. Taking selfies together, napping together, and just being friends for the next decade or so.

I didn’t take any photo’s in April, but I didn’t want to remember her in pain and sick.

She was the best pony anyone could have ever wanted. I am extremely lucky to have had her for the 10 months that I did.  I remember what it felt like to pet her, kiss her, and smell her. I know she’s with her mama, ChocolateScotch, now.
